Level II Classical Mat Pilates
Service Description
Pilates strengthens and balances the body, promotes uniform development, improves breathing, realigns the skeletal system, elongates muscles, and improves joint mobility and flexibility. It is an aerobic workout that flows, energizes, and promotes health, wellness and fitness for ages nine to ninety. Classes are a great way to get more workouts per week and practice what you learn in private sessions. It is a whole body fitness program taught in a fun environment where you can learn from both your teacher and peers.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to all classes and private sessions. If you do not cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session, you will be charged the full fee. Classes must have a minimum of three students signed up 24 hours in advance. Classes without the minimum registration will be cancelled.
