*NEW CLASS

*BEGINNER : THIS CLASS WILL TEACH YOU THE LEVEL I-II CLASSICAL MAT EXERCISES. A SLOW TO MODERATE PACE FOCUSED ON CONTRL, BODY AND POSTURAL AWARENESS, FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS AND GUIDING PILATES PRINCIPALS. 

*INTERMEDIATE : THIS CLASS WILL TEACH YOU THE LEVEL III CLASSICAL MAT EXERCISES. A FLOWING CLASS WITH A MODERATE PACE THAT WILL CHALLENGE COORDINATION, PRECISION, AND YOUR MIND-BODY CONNECTION. THIS CLASS IS FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE BEGINNER CLASSICAL MAT WORK.

*REFORMER I : THIS CLASS WILL TEACH YOU THE LEVEL I-II CLASSICAL REFORMER EXERCISES. A SLOW TO MODERATE PACE FOCUSED ON CONTRL, BODY AND POSTURAL AWARENESS, FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS AND GUIDING PILATES PRINCIPALS.  STUDENTS NEW TO PILATES ARE ENCOUARGED TO JOIN THIS CLASS!
